Char-Siu BBQ Pork Pie

Pork belly marinated overnight in our house-made char siu sauce, slow-baked and brushed with
honey, then topped with a crisp polo bun crust for a golden finish.
First created to celebrate Lunar New Year, this pastry earned such high demand that it became
a permanent part of our menu.
